For decades, Mary Rendina has inspired women around the world by sharing her faith and the testimony of how God transformed her life and heart after her daughter's childhood cancer diagnosis. Mary's guiding biblical principle — to whom much is given, much is required — is the foundation of everything she does, from her writing to her ministry to her work in the community.
Mary has ministered at church conferences both in the United States and abroad, praying over and imparting the love of Jesus to the brokenhearted. She is the author of Contending for Your Miracle, a faith-based book that draws on personal testimony, biblical stories, and practical teaching to guide readers through the spiritual principles needed to receive a miracle from God.
In the wake of the tragic events of October 1st, Mary founded the #58RandomActsofKindness movement in honor of the victims — a movement that has since grown to more than 5,400 participants globally.
A past board member of the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, Mary co-founded Camp Cartwheel, a summer camp for children battling cancer. She currently volunteers as a photographer for various Las Vegas nonprofits, using her gifts to serve others in yet another way.
A native New Yorker, Mary has lived with her family in Southern Nevada for more than thirty years. Whether speaking from a stage, writing from the heart, or serving quietly behind the scenes, Mary's message remains the same: God is still in the business of miracles, and no heart is too broken for Him to restore.
